No, AC Giveaways does not accept donations of any kind for charity. We are not a registered UK charity, therefore, any donations we choose to make are entirely from our own company profits, donated to other charities at our discretion.

Yes, all players must be over the age of 18 to enter any one of our competitions. You will need to verify that you are over 18 at checkout by ticking a box confirming that you are 18+ (you cannot complete purchase without this confirmation). If any winner is found to be under the age of 18, then the competition will be redrawn.

AC Giveaways will make arrangements with the winner to arrange either collection or delivery.

If you are a new customer, you will need to enter your details & tick the box confirming that you accept our terms & conditions.

After you have paid your entry fee you will also be sent an email confirming your order details and ticket number(s).

We will notify the winner as soon as possible after the Draw Date, using the phone number or email address provided with the competition entry.
If you change any of your contact details prior to the closing date, you must inform us.
If we cannot reach you within 14 days of the closing date, we reserve the right to choose another winner and you will lose your right to claim the prize.

We do not offer refunds of entry fees if you get the answer to the question wrong, or if you are disqualified from the competition for any reason.
